Refunds & Exchanges

Please read the following details carefully before placing an order. 

Our refund policy is competitive with similar companies in our industry. We carefully examine all of our products before shipping them out to our customers to ensure superior quality. 

We add insurance to each order via the US Post Office but, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the postal service provider used to ship. (Also insurance amount is typically $50). However, in the event that you receive product that is damaged please follow these 4 steps. 

1. Take a picture of the damaged product.

2. Send us an email explaining the details of the product damage within 24hrs. 

3. Wait for our response before returning the product. 

4. DO NOT REMOVE THE TAGS.

We will handle these issues on a case by case basis. If we determine that we are at fault and accept your request to return the product you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return. 

PROBLEMS WITH THE SIZE OR FIT?

If you have simply ordered a product and need a different size follow these simple steps. 

1. DO NOT REMOVE THE TAGS

2. Send an email to bellwetherfashion@gmail.com and wait for a response and confirmation before you send the product back

3. Upon receiving a confirmation you may exchange (NOT REFUND) the product for the proper size but, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND THE COST TO SHIP THE CORRECT SIZE (*UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT). 

*We are only considered at fault if the sizes that you received don't match the sizes on your paypal order/ receipt. 

However, we are not responsible for the shipping if you simply ordered an incorrect size.
